​How It Works

We have partnered with Heystack to make selling your hits a breeze. If you’d like a card consigned, you can choose to have it submitted for sale immediately following the break that night via the Heystack app.

 

Once approved for consignment, we will handle the full process from start to finish, including:

• preparing the listing

• posting the card to eBay

• managing the auction

• handling the buyer transaction

• packing and shipping the card once sold

Consignment Rates

Our standard consignment pricing is:

• 25% all-in for cards that sell under $50

• 20% all-in for cards that sell under $100

• 18% all-in for cards that sell for $100 or more

• higher-end cards may qualify for a custom reduced rate at our discretion

This is an all-in rate, meaning it already includes normal eBay selling fees along with our work to list, manage, and complete the sale.

 

Why We Use an All-In Rate

 Instead of separating out eBay’s fees and our own fee, we use one straightforward percentage that covers the full service. That means no confusing breakdowns and no guesswork on your end.

What’s Included

• normal eBay selling fees

• listing creation

• auction management

• communication with the buyer

• packing and shipping coordination

• handling the sale from start to finish

Important Notes

Not every card will make sense for consignment. Cards will be uploaded to Heystack at our discretion, as lower-value cards may not be worth listing individually.

In some cases, special costs may apply for unusually expensive cards or situations that require added services. This could include things like optional promoted listings, extra insurance, or other non-standard selling expenses. If that ever comes up, it will be communicated clearly.

Fast Turnaround

One of the biggest benefits of this service is speed. Because the cards are already in hand as part of the break process, we can get eligible hits listed extremely quickly, including the same evening as the break.
